2. What data we process
Name and surname, billing and delivery address, e‑mail, phone number, order and payment details, and company ID/VAT ID for business customers; technical data about your visit to the website (IP address, logs, cookie identifiers). We obtain data when you place an order, register, communicate with us or subscribe to our newsletter.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Order processing, contract conclusion and performance, delivery of goods, complaints (performance of contract).
Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Communication, website security, fraud prevention, protection of rights (legitimate interest).
Newsletter and marketing based on consent; for existing customers we may send similar offers even without consent, always with the option to refuse (legitimate interest/consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by e‑mail.
4. Recipients of personal data
We disclose data only to necessary partners:
Carriers (e.g. GLS, PPL, DPD) for delivery.
E‑shop platform and hosting provider (Shoptet) for technical operation.
Payment gateway provider for payment processing.
Accountant/tax advisor for compliance with legal obligations.
Public authorities where required by law. We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with all processors.
5. Data retention
Accounting records: 10 years from the end of the accounting period in which they were issued.
Contractual documentation and complaints: for the duration of rights and obligations and for the necessary period to protect rights (usually for the limitation period).
Marketing: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.
Technical logs: maximum 2 years.
