✔ Supervision on first use – we recommend observing the animals during their first interaction with the item, to assess their reaction to the new enrichment.
✔ Effect of weather conditions – this product is made from natural willow, so prolonged exposure to water or moisture may cause mould or gradual deterioration of the material. We recommend protecting the product from adverse conditions to preserve its quality and function.
✔ Use in water – the product can tolerate short-term and repeated use in water, but we do not recommend leaving it permanently submerged. Let it dry thoroughly between uses to extend its lifespan.
